Job Purpose:

Overseeing the marketing initiatives and promotion of Company's Brands. Responsible for developing pricing strategies, identifying new customers, supporting lead generation efforts and creating promotions. Uses market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning. Experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic.

- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own the implementation from ideation to execution.

- Experiment with a variety of channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.

- Produce valuable and engaging content for the website, blog, social media that attracts consumer and converts to sales.

- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.

- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.

- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.

- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust advertising campaigns accordingly.

- Pitches marketing campaign to generate leads and target new customers.

- Understand and develop budgets, including expenditures, research and development and return on investment.

- Build brand awareness and positioning.

- Direct, plan and coordinate market efforts with the team.

- Interviews, hires, and train marketing staff members.

- Oversees current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products or services.

- Research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.

- Works with marketing team to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams.

- Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and marketing-related projects.

- Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition.

- Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to senior executives.

- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (ex. Google Analytics).

- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
