Hala's Treats is a premium bakery cafe brand in Qatar, focused on quality products, strong brand aesthetics, and disciplined growth. We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who can own execution end-to-end and deliver measurable commercial results.
Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will be fully responsible for planning, creating, executing, and managing all marketing activities for Hala's Treats. This includes content creation, digital and delivery-platform promotions, website management, brand activations, and promotion of catering and corporate customisation services.
This role requires someone who is operational, detail-oriented, and accountable. You will work with external vendors (e.g. professional photographers), but you are expected to personally produce, edit, and manage content for day-to-day marketing needs.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media
Own content creation for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), including:
Shooting short-form photo and video content using mobile or camera
Editing content (Reels, stories, posts) for consistent brand presentation
Coordinate with professional photographers for menu and campaign shoots
Maintain a structured content calendar aligned with promotions and launches
Ensure all content is on-brand, relevant, and commercially effective
Digital Marketing & Performance
Manage paid and organic digital campaigns across social platforms
Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROAS)
Continuously optimize content and campaigns based on data and results
Food Delivery Platforms
Fully manage promotions and visibility on food delivery apps (e.g. Talabat, Snoonu, Deliveroo):
Campaign setup and pricing coordination
Banners, descriptions, and visuals
Promotional calendars aligned with sales targets
Track performance and ROI of delivery-platform promotions
Website Management
Own the Hala's Treats website:
Update content, images, menus, and promotions
Ensure accuracy, freshness, and brand consistency
Retail Marketing & Activations
Plan and execute brand activations at events, markets, pop-ups, and corporate venues in Qatar
Identify relevant events and partnership opportunities
Coordinate logistics, branding materials, and promotional messaging
Catering & Corporate Customisation Promotion
Develop and execute marketing initiatives to grow:
Catering sales
Corporate gifting and custom-branded products
Create targeted content, campaigns, and sales-support materials
Work with management to identify and pursue corporate opportunities
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare clear monthly marketing performance reports
Link marketing activity to sales performance where possible
Manage marketing budgets with a focus on efficiency and ROI
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or consumer brands
Demonstrated experience in hands-on content creation and editing
Experience managing delivery-platform promotions is a strong advantage
Comfortable managing websites (CMS-based platforms)
