Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and creative
Marketing Manager
to lead the organization's marketing initiatives, brand strategy, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market reach.
Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, Google ads, email marketing).
Manage brand identity, promotional content, and marketing collateral.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Coordinate with sales, operations, and management to ensure aligned messaging.
Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.
Lead, guide, and evaluate marketing team members.
Organize events, product launches, and promotional activities.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports for management.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum
5 years of marketing experience
(preferably in GCC).
Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Leadership experience is an added advantage.
