Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy across all channels.
Lead brand positioning, messaging and storytelling to strengthen market presence.
Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, social media, email, events, PR).
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Oversee content creation for websites, social platforms, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations and external partners to align marketing efforts.
Manage marketing budgets, track KPIs and report campaign performance.
Lead and mentor the marketing team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
3-5+ years of experience in marketing.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics and brand building.
Excellent communication skills and a flair for creative thinking.
Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM, CMS, email tools).
Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
