to join our team and lead our marketing initiatives to attract, engage, and retain customers.

Responsibilities:



Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored for the F&B/coffee shop industry. Plan seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions to drive customer traffic. Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) with engaging content. Coordinate with designers, photographers, and influencers for brand campaigns. Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify trends. Plan and oversee local activations, events, and partnerships to increase visibility. Track and report marketing performance metrics (ROI, engagement, sales impact). Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in the F&B industry (coffee shop experience is a plus). Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation. Creative mindset with the ability to bring fresh ideas and campaigns. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing trends.
