We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Marketing Manager

to lead our marketing initiatives, develop impactful strategies, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence and support client objectives. Manage and grow the company's social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) through engaging content strategies and calendars. Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube), including budgeting, audience targeting, and performance analysis. Provide support in content creation, including photography, graphic editing (Canva/Photoshop), and short-form video production (reels/stories). Establish and manage partnerships, sponsorships, and contribute to client acquisition strategies. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare comprehensive monthly performance reports. Collaborate directly with senior management on strategic projects and campaigns.

Requirements:

Minimum of

3 years' proven experience

in digital marketing; prior experience within an agency or the fashion/creative industry is considered an advantage. Demonstrated expertise in planning, boosting, and managing advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. Strong creative and strategic skills with the ability to conceptualize and execute impactful marketing campaigns. Proficiency in basic design and editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, and simple photo/video editing).

Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English

(written and spoken). Excellent communication skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
