Role Overview

The

Marketing Manager

will be responsible for overseeing PayLater's product roadmap, user experience, and go-to-market strategies. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our BNPL platform, manage merchant and customer engagement, and execute marketing campaigns that drive adoption and growth.

Requirements

Experience

: 4+ years in product management, marketing, or growth strategy, preferably in fintech, BNPL, payments, or e-commerce.

Start-Up Mindset

: Comfortable working in a

fast-paced, dynamic environment

typical of a

startup

, where roles may evolve, and innovation and adaptability are key

Skills

:

o Strong understanding of product development, UX/UI, and agile methodologies.

o Experience with digital marketing, branding, and campaign execution.

o Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Power BI).

o Strong project management and leadership abilities.

Industry Knowledge

: Familiarity with BNPL, digital payments, and financial regulations in the GCC region is a plus.

Tech-Savvy

: Understanding of APIs, mobile apps, and fintech ecosystems.

Communication

: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
