We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and creative
Marketing Manager
with hands-on experience in the
cryptocurrency exchange ecosystem
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand visibility, driving user acquisition, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns in the highly dynamic digital asset space.
PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO CANDIDATES WHO ARE AVAILABLE TO JOIN IMMEDIATELY.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing & Growth Planning
Develop and execute comprehensive
marketing strategies
to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for the crypto exchange platform.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning to define key brand differentiators.
Own the marketing calendar, budgets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.
Digital & Performance Marketing
Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, YouTube, Meta, and programmatic platforms with strong ROI focus.
Drive SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic visibility and user acquisition.
Leverage data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to monitor and improve funnel conversion rates.
Content & Community Marketing
Oversee the creation of high-impact, educational, and brand-aligned content related to blockchain, crypto trading, DeFi, etc.
Build and engage with a community of users across
Telegram, Discord, X (Twitter)
and other crypto-native channels.
Plan and execute PR campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, and partnership announcements.
Brand Management & User Experience
Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all channels.
Collaborate with Product and UX teams to optimize user journeys and in-app marketing touchpoints.
Work with influencers, KOLs, and affiliate marketers to expand reach and credibility.
Compliance & Market Sensitivity
Ensure marketing activities are compliant with
local and international crypto regulations
.
Monitor market sentiment, risk factors, and regulatory developments impacting campaigns or content.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Marketing, Business, or related field
.
Minimum of
5-8 years of marketing experience
, with at least
2-3 years in a cryptocurrency exchange or blockchain-based company
.
Strong understanding of crypto trading, tokenomics, wallets, NFTs, and Web3 culture.
Proven experience in managing digital marketing budgets and campaigns with clear performance metrics.
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush, etc.
Familiarity with
crypto marketing KPIs
(CAC, LTV, trading volume, MAU/DAU, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
