Lead the Culinary & Snacks categories in AMETR. The Category Marketing Manager is a single-contributor role but is responsible for driving a cross-functional team through the development and implementation of a 3-year category plan to grow IFF Taste sales in the mentioned categories.
Directly responsible for the execution of the marketing strategy and tactics defined and aligned with the Taste commercial strategy. This is a challenging and visible role. The candidates will need to demonstrate their potential to become the trusted partner of multiple internal stakeholders (e.g. sales, innovation, creation & design, consumer insights and communication), to gain commitment at all levels in the organization to turn plans into actions, and to engage customers by developing and presenting insightful marketing content.
