Develop and execute a cohesive brand strategy aligned with the Group's vision, values, and long-term business objectives.
Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all platforms, business units, and communications.
Lead corporate rebranding initiatives and manage visual identity standards.
Design and lead integrated marketing campaigns and partnerships that position the Group as a premier investment holding company.
Oversee the creation of marketing content and communication materials for various stakeholders, including investors, media, and the public.
Work closely with communication team to drive multi-channel engagement.
Guide and support portfolio companies in aligning their branding and marketing strategies with Group standards.
Provide strategic oversight on campaigns, launches, and reputational matters for subsidiaries and affiliates.
Build and lead a high-performing branding and marketing team.
Establish marketing KPIs and reporting structures to measure effectiveness and ROI.
Manage vendor and agency relationships to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with Investor Relations, Communication, and Strategy teams to align messaging.
Represent the Group in external forums, events, and industry platforms where branding and reputation management are critical.

Pay: AED50,000.00 - AED55,000.00 per month
