SORS General Trading LLC, operating under the Climate Plus brand, is a UAE-based specialist in outdoor climate control solutions. We provide both rental and retail services for air coolers, heaters, misting systems, and air conditioners, serving events, hospitality, and various industries across Dubai and beyond.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Marketing Manager

to lead our marketing initiatives, build brand awareness, and drive business growth. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with company goals. Oversee branding, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities. Manage social media channels and online marketing campaigns to increase engagement. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer preferences. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to achieve business targets. Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics. Manage relationships with external agencies, partners, and media.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably in the UAE. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO, and social media platforms. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Creative thinker with an analytical mindset. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
