Design and manage
marketing and advertising campaigns
across online (social media, digital platforms) and offline (print, outdoor, events) channels.
Create innovative promotional concepts to strengthen brand visibility and product awareness.
Supervise the creation of marketing materials--brochures, videos, catalogues, and digital content.
Monitor and evaluate ad performance metrics to optimize campaign results.
Market Research and Analysis
Conduct regular market analysis to monitor trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.
Recommend adjustments to strategies based on performance data and market insights.
Team Collaboration and Management
Lead and coordinate with internal teams (sales, product development, and design) to ensure all marketing initiatives meet company standards.
Manage budgets efficiently and report on the ROI of campaigns and marketing activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 5 years in marketing management, preferably in automotive or manufacturing industries.
Strong knowledge of marketing planning, advertising, and digital marketing tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
