We're Hiring: Marketing Manager - Kids Entertainment & Events
Are you a creative marketing professional with a passion for fun, families, and unforgettable experiences? Do you have proven success driving footfall and engagement at kids entertainment parks or family-friendly events? We want YOU to join our team!
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to promote the park and special events.
Lead seasonal and thematic campaign planning (e.g. school holidays, birthdays, themed festivals).
Partner with influencers, schools, media outlets, and local businesses to increase visibility.
Manage digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media engagement.
Oversee in-park promotions, branding, and customer engagement initiatives.
Analyse campaign performance and audience data to optimize results.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in kids entertainment, theme parks, or event management.
2. Strong knowledge of family-focused marketing strategies and audience behaviour.
3. Experience in planning and promoting events, festivals, or park activations.
4. Creative thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills.
5. Digital marketing expertise (Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM, etc.)
6. Passionate about delivering joyful, safe, and memorable guest experiences.
7. UAE driving licence and Willingness to Relocate To Ajman

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ajman: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
