The Role
Roles & Responsibilities 1. Marketing Strategy & Planning o Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with Louzan Group's overall business objectives. o Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities. o Manage the annual marketing calendar, including campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities. 2. Brand Management o Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels. o Manage the brand positioning of Louzan and its sub-brands in the market. o Collaborate with designers and external agencies to create compelling brand content. 3. Digital Marketing o Oversee the company's digital presence, including website, SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising. o Analyse digital performance and optimize campaigns based on KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversions). o Coordinate influencer marketing, content creation, and community management. 4. Campaign Management o Plan and execute 360 marketing campaigns for product launches, sales events, and seasonal promotions. o Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and report on campaign performance. 5. Retail & Visual Support o Work closely with the retail operations team to support in-store promotions and events. o Ensure consistency in in-store branding, visual merchandising, and marketing collateral. 6. Events & PR o Plan and manage corporate events, exhibitions, product launches, and collaborations. o Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and PR agencies to enhance brand visibility. 7. Budget & Team Management o Manage the marketing budget efficiently and ensure ROI on all campaigns. o Lead and mentor the marketing team to deliver high-quality outputs and meet deadlines
