strategic, driven, and creative Marketing Manager
to elevate the Gulf-O-Flex brand across global markets.
Role Description
The
Marketing Manager
will be responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives that build
brand visibility, product awareness, and sales pipeline
for Gulf-O-Flex. You will manage integrated campaigns across digital, events, exhibitions, and partnerships -- while collaborating closely with sales, design, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the
annual marketing strategy and calendar
in alignment with company goals.
Oversee all
brand, product, and digital marketing
activities -- including campaigns, content, SEO, and lead generation.
Lead execution of
industry exhibitions
, conferences, sponsorships, and offline activations (e.g. Cooling the Builders campaign, F1 replica events, Build360 panels).
Drive marketing for
new product launches
, such as Gulf-O-Flex Ultra and AI-driven Gulf-O-Bot platform.
Manage
social media presence, website updates
, and digital tools development with the creative team.
Coordinate
advertising, PR, and media buying
for both regional and international reach.
Analyze campaign performance, prepare monthly marketing reports, and optimize budget spend.
Collaborate closely with sales and export departments to support
regional GTM strategies

Ensure
brand consistency across all internal and external touchpoints
.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing
, Business, or Communications
(MBA preferred)
Minimum
5 years of experience
in B2B or industrial marketing (construction or MEP sector preferred)
Deep understanding of
brand building, content marketing, and digital strategy
Proficiency in tools like
Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRM platforms
Strong
leadership and project management
capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Experience working in
fast-paced, growth-focused environments
