Real Estate Manager
to lead and grow our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the real estate team, ensuring sales/leasing targets are met
Manage client relationships and provide expert advice on property investments
Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Ensure legal compliance with property transactions and UAE regulations
Lead, train, and mentor agents to enhance performance
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of real estate experience
At least 2 years of experience within the UAE market
Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate laws and trends
Valid UAE driving license preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
