Job Description

Strategy Development:

Create comprehensive marketing plans for specific properties, projects, or the overall company brand to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and out-of-home advertising.

Digital Marketing:

Oversee online presence, including:

SEO/SEM

for company websites and property listings.

Social Media Marketing

and content creation.

Email Marketing

campaigns and newsletters. Managing virtual tours and online listings.

Content Creation:

Manage the development of marketing materials like brochures, flyers, property videos, presentations, and website content.

Lead Generation:

Focus on strategies and campaigns to generate and nurture potential buyer/client leads.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales, design, and development teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Budget Management:

Develop, manage, and track marketing budgets, ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI).

Market Analysis:

Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior.
