Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all marketing strategies to promote the restaurant brand, increase customer engagement, drive sales growth, and enhance overall market presence. This role ensures that all marketing initiatives are aligned with the company's goals and brand standards while effectively communicating the restaurant's identity across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute annual marketing plans and promotional calendars for all restaurant branches.
Identify target markets and create effective marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to guide strategic decisions.
2. Brand Management
Maintain and enhance the restaurant's brand image and consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all internal and external communications.
3. Digital & Social Media Marketing
Manage and oversee all digital channels including social media, email marketing, Google Ads, and SEO.
Create engaging content (photos, videos, posts) to promote restaurant offers, new menu launches, and events.
Monitor online reviews and customer feedback on digital platforms and respond promptly when necessary.
4. Promotions & Campaigns
Plan and coordinate promotional activities, partnerships, influencer collaborations, and seasonal offers.
Work with operations and finance teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.
5. Public Relations & Events
Build and maintain relationships with media, suppliers, and influencers to maximize brand visibility.
Organize and oversee special events, sponsorships, and brand activations.
6. Marketing Analytics & Reporting
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, social media engagement, and customer traffic.
Use data analytics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
7. Team Collaboration
Coordinate with the operations, design, and kitchen teams to align marketing efforts with product offerings and restaurant operations.
Lead and supervise junior marketing staff or external agencies as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Master's degree (MBA) is an advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 4-6 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within the restaurant, F&B, or hospitality industry.
Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and brand strategy.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of marketing principles, digital trends, and customer engagement strategies.
Proficiency in social media platforms, Google Ads, SEO, and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
Excellent communication, presentation, and copywriting skills.
Creative thinking and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
Photography or content creation experience is a plus.
Other Requirements:
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or events if required.
UAE market experience is a plus.
