Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Marketing Manager

with 3-4 years of experience in the medical or healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to promote the company's healthcare services/products, strengthen brand awareness, and drive patient/client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the medical and healthcare sector. Manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and print media. Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and other healthcare professionals. Plan, organize, and oversee promotional events, health awareness campaigns, and conferences. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, target audiences, and competitor activities. Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support business development activities. Manage the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and content for digital platforms. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing regular reports on ROI and KPIs. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical marketing practices. Supervise and guide junior marketing staff or external agencies/vendors where necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field. 3-4 years proven experience in marketing within the

medical/healthcare industry

. Strong knowledge of medical services/products marketing trends. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, social media, email marketing, CRM systems). Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Creativity with a strategic mindset.
