MARKETING MANAGER
Department: Marketing & Business Development
Reports to: General Manager / Director of Business Development
Job Purpose:
To develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy that enhances brand visibility, generates high-quality leads, and supports the business growth objectives of the company within the Facility Management (FM) industry.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop the annual marketing plan and budget aligned with the company's strategic goals. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the FM sector.
  • Brand Management: Oversee and maintain the company's brand identity across all channels. Ensure all marketing materials and communications are consistent and reflect the company's value proposition.
  • Lead Generation: Design and implement multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, events, direct mail) to generate a robust pipeline of leads for the business development team.
  • Content & Digital Marketing: Manage the company website, SEO/SEM, and social media presence. Oversee the creation of high-value content such as case studies, white papers, blogs, and presentations that demonstrate industry expertise.
  • Client Communication: Develop strategies for client retention and upselling through targeted newsletters, client events, and satisfaction surveys.
  • Public Relations & Events: Manage media relations, press releases, and industry awards submissions. Plan and execute the company's participation in trade shows, conferences, and corporate events.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team (e.g., Marketing Executives), setting clear objectives and evaluating performance.
  • Reporting: Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity within the Facility Management (FM) or related service industry (e.g., construction, real estate).
  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies that directly contributed to business growth.
  • Arabic Speaker Preferred.
Required Skills:
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., CRM systems, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent budget management skills.
