Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead campaigns for product launches, software solutions, and IT services to increase market penetration.
Manage digital marketing channels: SEO/SEM, email marketing, paid advertising, and social media.
Oversee content creation: case studies, white papers, blogs, videos, and thought-leadership materials.
Drive lead generation programs and collaborate with sales to optimize conversion rates.
Analyze marketing performance metrics, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Plan and execute events, webinars, and participation in technology exhibitions and trade shows.
Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred).
5-8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the technology sector.
Strong knowledge of B2B marketing and digital marketing strategies.
Proven track record in campaign management and lead generation.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (Salesforce, Oracle).
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Analytical mindset and ability to provide actionable insights.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
