Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for real estate projects.
Oversee branding, advertising, lead generation, and digital marketing activities.
Manage online and offline marketing campaigns to promote properties and company services.
Plan and execute events, property launches, and exhibitions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to adapt strategies.
Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Manage content creation for social media, websites, and property portals.
Prepare marketing budgets, track ROI, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Supervise and mentor the marketing team, ensuring high performance and creativity.
Build and maintain relationships with media, advertising agencies, and industry partners.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of marketing experience in UAE real estate

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
Strong knowledge of UAE real estate market, digital marketing, and branding.
Proven expertise in SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and CRM tools.
