The Marketing Manager at PSI is a key leadership role responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and company growth. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven, creative, and strategic professional with a strong understanding of the real estate market in the UAE. This role requires managing a high-performing team, overseeing integrated campaigns across various channels, and ensuring all marketing efforts are aligned with immediate and long-term business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with PSI's business objectives and the specific needs of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
Create and manage marketing and pricing strategies tailored to real estate trends.
Campaign Management & Execution:
Plan, execute, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, content marketing, social media, email marketing, print advertising, and promotional events.
Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and social media, to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
Generate qualified leads through innovative and targeted campaigns and collaborate with the sales team to support conversion efforts.
Brand & Content Management:
Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all platforms and marketing materials.
Create and curate compelling content, including property descriptions, blog articles, videos, and infographics.
Collaborate with graphic designers and other creative professionals to produce high-quality assets.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to deliver high-impact campaigns.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, PR, and operations, to align marketing goals with overall business objectives.
Manage relationships with media, agencies, and strategic partners.
Budget & Performance Analysis:
Establish and monitor marketing budgets, optimizing expenses to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
Track and analyze the performance of all marketing initiatives using data and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Prepare and present detailed quarterly and annual performance reports to senior leadership, demonstrating ROI and providing data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications and Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-6 years of experience as a Marketing Manager, with a strong preference for experience specifically within the real estate industry.
