Oversee and mentor team members
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans tailored to specific real estate segments, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences and competitor activities, enabling data-driven decision-making for effective campaigns.
Create compelling property listings and promotional materials, leveraging high-quality visuals and engaging copy to attract potential buyers and renters.
Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and online listings, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Coordinate open houses, events, and property showings, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and prospects while gathering valuable feedback.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, clients, and industry partners to enhance networking and referral opportunities.
