Lead digital content strategy and creation
, overseeing all online and offline content. Manage the website, social channels, email newsletters, and advertising assets, ensuring consistent brand voice and high-quality storytelling in every property description and promotion.
Drive brand development and messaging
. Craft compelling property narratives and marketing collateral (brochures, ads, video scripts, presentations) that resonate with our target market. Use creative storytelling to build an emotional connection with clients and differentiate Royal Lounge in the competitive real estate market.
Generate and nurture leads
. Implement SEO/SEM and online advertising strategies, and run targeted email and social campaigns to attract qualified prospects. Collaborate with the sales team to track leads in the CRM and convert marketing-qualified leads into clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
. Work closely with sales, property consultants, creative/design partners, and other departments to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Coordinate the workflow for campaigns and promotional materials, ensuring projects stay on schedule and brand.
Analyze performance and optimize
. Monitor campaign results and marketing metrics (web traffic, lead volume, conversion rates, etc.), reporting on ROI to senior management. Use data analysis to identify insights and refine future marketing activities.
Requirements
Experience:
8-10 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on real estate or property marketing. Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
Digital Marketing Skills:
Expertise in digital strategy and execution - SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and data analytics. Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g. CRM systems, Google Ads, analytics platforms) is expected.
Copywriting & Storytelling:
Exceptional writing skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to create persuasive property copy and engaging story-driven content. (Research shows storytelling creates emotional connections and drives engagement.
Bilingual:
Fluent spoken and written Arabic and English. Able to tailor messages for Emirati/local audiences as well as international clients.
Collaboration & Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with sales, consultants, creative team, and other stakeholders. Experience leading marketing projects and coordinating team efforts.
Organization & Leadership:
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent project management skills. Able to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated and proactive in driving initiatives.
