Our client is seeking a dedicated Marketing and Brand Manager to play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, ensuring consistent brand communication, and elevating their presence in the industry. As a key contributor, you will collaborate with various departments to craft captivating campaigns, manage their social media channels, and dissect market trends.
  • Formulate and execute dynamic marketing strategies to promote our client\'s services and bolster brand visibility.
  • Oversee all aspects of brand communication, maintaining coherence across diverse channels.
  • Foster collaboration with internal teams to craft persuasive marketing campaigns and materials.
  • Supervise our client\'s social media platforms, crafting engaging content and closely monitoring performance.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to uncover trends and new opportunities.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Continuously assess and adapt marketing efforts based on their effectiveness.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and activities of competitors.
  • Develop and perpetuate a robust brand identity in alignment with our client\'s company values and objectives.
  • Create and implement brand guidelines to guarantee consistent messaging and visual representation.
  • Manage our client\'s online presence, which includes overseeing website content and online advertising.
  • Strategize and execute promotional events, sponsorships, and partnerships to amplify brand recognition.
  • Work closely with the creative team to produce compelling visual assets like logos, graphics, and videos.

  • Possess 8-15 years of experience in marketing and brand management, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of market research and analysis techniques.
  • Proven experience in managing external agencies and vendors.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Solid organizational and project management skills.
  • Capacity to analyze market trends and competitor activities to stimulate business growth.
  • Deliver excellent presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with the marine industry or related field is a valuable asset.
