Job Description



A Marketing Manager is needed to join a Saudi Company engaged in Food Services in Saudi Arabia (Jeddah), The job will involve you handling the company Marketing & Customer Relationship activities. You must have strong core skills in your field of specialty. A dynamic and strong personality with effective communication and negotiation skills and excellent leadership and analytical abilities is essential.

Developing a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share but considers customer satisfaction. Identifying new customers. Supporting sales and lead generation efforts. Creating promotions with advertising managers. Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections. Compiling lists describing our organization's offerings. Developing and managing advertising campaigns. Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events. Building brand awareness and positioning. Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy. Directing, planning and coordinating marketing efforts. Communicating the marketing plan. Developing each marketing campaign from start to finish. Researching the demand for the organization's products and services. Evaluating competitors. Handling social media, public relations efforts, and content marketing. Build relationships with key employees among customers Create plans to address clients' business needs Advise clients on creating profitable processes Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms Study competition to find new ways to retain customers Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) to address customers' needs.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Marketing & Customer Relationship Manager Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets Background in Marketing & customer service; industry knowledge is a plus Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction) Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) A customer-oriented attitude Excellent communication and negotiation skills Problem-solving aptitude Ability to work well with a team BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field

Pay: ?7,000.00 - ?9,000.00 per month
