Rich Chocolatier, Qatar's leading luxury artisanal chocolate brand, is seeking a highly creative and hands-on Marketing Lead to drive the brand's growth through content creation, digital marketing, brand storytelling, and social media strategy.
This is a solo marketing role -- ideal for someone who is both strategic and execution-focused, with strong skills in photography, videography, and Instagram/TikTok Reels creation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end marketing and brand presence of Rich Chocolatier.
Create high-quality photo and video content (reels, product shots, behind-the-scenes).
Develop and manage the brand's Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
Plan and execute social media campaigns, product launches, promotions, and seasonal content.
Develop creative brand storytelling aligned with luxury positioning.
Collaborate on packaging, events, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
Analyze performance and optimize content & engagement.
Represent the brand image with exceptional taste and attention to luxury details.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in luxury, F&B, or lifestyle brands.
Strong content creation skills -- photography, videography, and reels editing (MUST).
Deep understanding of Instagram & TikTok trends, luxury branding, and Arabic/Gulf market style.
Fluent in English -- Arabic is a strong plus.
Creative mindset with aesthetic eye for luxury visuals.
Ability to work independently and take ownership.
