Job Description

Brand Management



Develop and implement a cohesive digital brand strategy that aligns with overall brand goals and enhances online brand perception. Oversee digital brand consistency across all platforms, including website, social media, email marketing, and online partnerships. Oversee branding efforts, ensuring consistency in messaging, design, and customer experience across all touchpoints. Lead brand audits and manage brand assets to maintain cohesive brand standards.

Social Media Marketing



Create and execute social media strategies across various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) to drive engagement and build community. Develop content calendars and work with designers, copywriters, and influencers to produce compelling multimedia content. Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Implement paid social campaigns to support product launches, brand campaigns, and key marketing initiatives.

Campaign Management



Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns that reinforce brand messaging and drive customer engagement. Collaborate with the product and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and customer needs. Manage marketing budgets for campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI. Analyze campaign data to optimize strategies and improve performance.

Collaboration and Cross-functional Support



Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, sales, customer service, product, etc.)

Identify Training Needs:



Analyze current marketing team skillsets and identify areas where further development is needed to improve performance and achieve company goals.

Develop and Design Learning Programs:



Create engaging training materials, including presentations, online courses, workshops, and simulations, tailored to specific marketing skills.

Deliver Training Programs:



Present training materials to the marketing team, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.

Manage Training Budgets:



Plan and manage the budget for training activities, including resource allocation, vendor selection, and cost control.

Evaluate Training Effectiveness:



Assess the success of training programs through performance metrics, feedback surveys, and other methods to measure knowledge retention and skill improvement.

Stay Updated on Best Practices:



Keep abreast of the latest marketing trends, learning technologies, and industry best practices to ensure relevant and effective training programs.

Support Career Development:



Help marketing employees develop their careers through mentorship, coaching, and access to relevant training opportunities.

Manage Relationships with Training Providers:



Identify and manage relationships with external training providers to ensure access to high-quality learning resources. Lead partnerships with influencers, agencies, and other stakeholders to expand brand reach and drive awareness.

Data Analytics and Reporting



Utilize analytics tools to measure social media, campaign, and brand performance metrics. Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports on brand performance and social media KPIs. Use data to continuously optimize campaigns, content, and engagement strategies.
