The Marketing Intern will help in executing the Brand Marketing Plan, within the Company Guidelines to meet the category goals and ensure that both sales volume and profit goals are achieved/ He or She:
\xe2\x80\xa2 Assists in developing and executing Marketing and Digital plans for ME+EGY to meet BIC objectives, within approved annual budget.

\xe2\x80\xa2 The Marketing Intern will be an integral part of one of our team to support to orchestrate the launches and push growth of pillar products and to contribute to continued growth for the brand.

Job description
The Marketing Intern will help in executing the Brand Marketing Plan, within the Company Guidelines to meet the category goals and ensure that both sales volume and profit goals are achieved/ He or She:
\xe2\x80\xa2 Assists in developing and executing Marketing and Digital plans for ME+EGY to meet BIC objectives, within approved annual budget.
- Participate in retail data analysis and compares all BIC categories results vs. objectives to ensure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives (promotions, activations\xe2\x80\xa6)
Role Description
\xe2\x80\xa2 The Marketing Intern will be an integral part of one of our team to support to orchestrate the launches and push growth of pillar products and to contribute to continued growth for the brand.
- Analyze consumer and market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to management.
- Support the implementation of new launches, maintain growth in pillar products and animate core catalogue.
- Participate in various cross-functional teams \xe2\x80\x93 Sales, Trade Marketing and externally with local support agencies such as Digital, Print and Activation agencies
- Adapt the communication material (imagery, digital, point of sale)
- Develop reports and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the market, competitors and consumers (i.e. flash reports, benchmarks, punctual requests\xe2\x80\xa6)
- Support the brand communication/talk in digital: Check local language, adaptations, KV and trends to comply with local regulations/social acceptance.
- Support in the development of PR campaigns: content, follow up, reporting and post-review
- Demonstrate an ability to work in a multi-functional environment, and interact effectively with business partners outside the Marketing function
- Be able to operate in a fast-moving environment and to manage time efficiently in order to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident using Microsoft applications
- Fluent in English and Arabic is a plus
Other Qualifications
\xe2\x80\xa2 Must be her/his your final year or a fresh graduate (less than 2 years)
- Minimum duration: 6 months
- UAE resident with valid visa through either parents, spouse or golden visa
- Available to start by May 2023
