The role will liaise and collaborate with cross-functional teams; working with marketing managers, digital marketing, design/advertising. Interns will learn about building effective multi-channel campaigns, positioning products, building brand awareness, and the sales and marketing customer funnel.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assists with lead flow process for top-of-funnel (ToFu) and middle-of-funnel MoFu) content marketing campaignsAssists in writing copy and editing content marketing piecesPosts and assists in managing Community groups, hubs, etc.Manages and monitors marketing inboxesAssists in internal sales emails related to sales tools, sales enablement resourcesCo-produces monthly EMSS newsletter update for internal stakeholdersSubmits, codes, and follows up on invoices, as neededCoordinates administrative tasks for Professional Learning Communities(scheduling webinars, community content posting, applications, feedback)Assists in compiling results from projects and campaigns for shareout with key stakeholdersAttends weekly status meetings and other meetings related to the content marketing process Skills/Knowledge: You must be enrolled in a degreed program (i.e. Bachelor's, Master's, etc)Strong writing and research skills, be organized and detail orientedHighly motivated, organized, ambitious, diligent, adept at problem-solving, and able to thrive independentlyAbility to work independently as well as collaborativelyAbility to set priorities, multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google G Suite, is preferred Macmillan Learning is a privately-held, family owned company that improves lives through learning.
