What You'll Own:

As our Marketing Head, you'll lead the entire marketing function across both digital and traditional channels. You'll drive strategy, brand positioning, campaign direction, and market expansion plans to support our sales and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and own the overall marketing strategy aligned with sales targets and business goals. Lead the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and on-ground activations. Manage and mentor the marketing team (digital, design, content, external agencies). Define marketing budgets, track ROI, and optimize spend across all marketing initiatives. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends. Build the company's brand presence in target markets, both online and offline. Work closely with the sales team to ensure strong lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns. Oversee media planning, PR, event coordination, partnerships, and influencer tie-ups. Approve creative assets, messaging, and positioning for project launches. Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and present insights to management. Guide CRM strategies, lead nurturing, and customer engagement plans.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience leading marketing in real estate or related sectors. Strong leadership and team management skills. Good understanding of both traditional and digital media. Excellent communication, presentation, and decision-making skills. Familiarity with UAE real estate regulations and customer behaviour is a big plus.
