About the Role:

Marketing Head

with a proven background in

Real Estate

to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive qualified leads and brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have

at least 2 years of experience

in real estate marketing, with a strong track record in running

targeted campaigns

that generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Generate high-quality leads for real estate sales through performance-based marketing. Lead content strategy, social media planning, paid ads (Meta/Google), SEO/SEM, and influencer collaborations. Work closely with the Sales team to ensure alignment of marketing goals with business targets. Analyze and report on campaign performance, ROI, and lead conversion metrics. Manage marketing budgets and agency/vendor relationships. Build and grow company's brand presence in the UAE market.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate marketing

is mandatory. Proven experience in lead generation through digital marketing campaigns. Strong knowledge of performance marketing, CRM, email campaigns, and real estate trends. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills. Experience with marketing tools and platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.).
