Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Mentor the Team:
Inspire and guide the marketing team to achieve lead-generation targets and campaign success.
Lead Generation & Strategy:
Develop and implement strategies to attract and convert leads through digital (SEO, SEM, social media) and traditional marketing channels.
Campaign Management:
Oversee property marketing campaigns, including content creation, event promotion, and online advertising.
Market Analysis:
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to optimize lead generation tactics and marketing effectiveness.
Budget & ROI:
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize lead generation and ROI.
Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience in marketing leadership, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
Strong expertise in
lead generation
, SEO/SEM, and content-driven marketing.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to exceed goals.
Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
