Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve enrollment targets and revenue goals. Lead and manage the sales team, providing mentorship and guidance. Create and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness. Build and maintain strong relationships with students, corporate partners, and industry professionals. Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing activities. Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and ensure smooth operations. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and community engagements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in education or training sectors. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms. Analytical mindset with strong project management abilities.
