is a premium beauty salon brand in Dubai, focused on high-quality services, strong aesthetics, and real customer relationships.
We're looking for a

hands-on Marketing & Growth Executive

who can own content, social media, influencer collaborations, and digital growth end to end, with a strong focus on

brand image, bookings, and retention

.

This role suits someone creative, structured, and commercially minded, who enjoys being on the salon floor and understands how to turn visibility into real revenue.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Production (In-Salon)

Film high-quality content inside the salon (services, transformations, staff, behind-the-scenes, daily salon life). Capture Reels, TikToks, Stories, before/after visuals, and campaign content. Edit videos and photos for social media, ads, WhatsApp campaigns, and promotions. Propose creative content ideas aligned with Lish's luxury, feminine, and authentic brand image.
Social Media Management

Manage Lish's social media platforms (Instagram and TikTok). Build and execute a structured monthly content calendar. Post consistently and engage with followers, DMs, comments, and story replies. Track and analyze performance (reach, engagement, saves, profile visits, bookings influenced). Optimize content formats based on what drives engagement

and

appointments.
Influencer Collaborations & Brand Partnerships

Identify, shortlist, and manage influencer collaborations aligned with Lish's brand positioning. Filter influencers based on: Audience demographics (location, gender, spending power) Engagement rate and content quality Brand fit (luxury, aesthetics, tone, values) Proactively reach out to influencers and manage collaboration discussions. Plan influencer visits, content expectations, deliverables, and posting timelines. Track performance of influencer collaborations (reach, engagement, bookings, brand impact). Avoid mass or low-quality influencer partnerships that could dilute the brand image.
Proactive Customer Outreach (Fresha + Social)

Use

Fresha customer database

to: Re-engage inactive clients. Segment customers (VIPs, regulars, new clients, lost clients). Support WhatsApp and DM campaigns during slow periods or promotions. Coordinate retention and loyalty initiatives with salon management. Support referral and repeat-visit campaigns using existing client data.
Graphic Design & Visual Assets

Create on-brand visuals for social media, promotions, WhatsApp broadcasts, and in-salon use. Maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints (colors, fonts, luxury feel).
Website & Online Presence

Maintain and update the Lish website (services, pricing, visuals). Improve booking flow and conversion. Manage Google Business profile updates and reviews. Support basic local SEO and online visibility.
Digital Marketing & Growth

Support paid ad campaigns (Meta / Instagram) when required. Assist with creatives, targeting, and performance tracking. Report clearly on what's working, what's not, and where bookings are coming from. Think commercially: every campaign should have a clear objective tied to growth or retention.
Requirements

Female candidate only. Proven experience in content creation and video editing (Reels / TikTok). Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok growth strategies. Experience working with influencers or brand collaborations. Comfortable being present in the salon and filming real clients and staff. Proficient in Canva or Adobe tools. Experience with booking systems or customer databases (Fresha is a strong plus). Organized, proactive, and able to work independently. Strong communication skills for influencer outreach and customer engagement.

Fresha

for customer insights, segmentation, and reactivation. WhatsApp Business for customer and influencer communication. Instagram & TikTok analytics for performance tracking. Canva / Adobe for creative assets. Simple reporting dashboards to connect marketing actions to bookings.

AED 3,000 - 5,000 per month
