Job Description
As a Marketing Associate you will support cross-functional teams in executing customer-focused marketing strategies and operational initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in healthcare marketing and project management.
- Support customer marketing communications and operations
- Collect and analyse customer data to generate actionable insights
- Assist in implementing regional marketing initiatives and tactical plans
- Coordinate customer engagement activities and business planning efforts
- Contribute to KOL mapping and engagement programs
- Support the execution of congresses, events, and engagement tours
- Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
- UAE National with Family Book
- University degree in Science, Pharmacy, Medicine, Marketing, or Business
- 0-3 years of experience in marketing or project management
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities
- Gain hands-on experience in healthcare marketing within a dynamic industry
- Work cross-functionally with experts to deliver impactful customer programs
