About The Role

We are looking for Marketing Graduate Trainees to join our Prestige Marketing team for Middle East and North Africa.
Your main role will be to assist and support the Brand Manager & senior brand manager on the building of the brands\xe2\x80\x99 campaigns, the development of visuals, digital and in store assets and the tracking of sales and market share evolution.
You will work in close collaboration with the following regional departments: trade marketing, key account and sales, in-store, finance, as well as Coty global brand teams.

THE ROLE: In This Role You Will Be Responsible For

Preparation of product launch into the Middle East region:
Registration (formalization of documents, tracking with registration teams)
Sample and artwork management
Building trade plans
Managing Ariba via raising POs for any activity linked to budget
Product order management

Development of all the physical, digital and visual assets needed for campaign executions:

In store
Social media contents
PR assets
Online/e-commerce assets

The definition and development of all promotional assets defined and aligned with Trade Marketing

Preparing and sharing social media/online toolkits for retailers

Regular connects with the trade and e-commerce teams to define and execute the offers.

Sales and market share reports analysis.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Passion for beauty, and cosmetics industry
Curious, agile and proactive mindset
Previous experience in Marketing (trade, operations or development), ideally in the cosmetics industry
Previous experience in the Middle East region ideally
Arabic Language is a plus
