Job Description

:
We are looking for a meticulous and organized Marketing Analyst to support the marketing team in managing products for campaign shoots and other marketing-related activities. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth coordination of inventory, timely reconciliation, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Responsibilities:

• Product Coordination for Shoots/Events:

• Manage product movement for marketing shoots and events.
• Track and maintain accurate product inventory before, during, and after shoots.
• Raise requests for product transfers and returns as needed.
• Provide on-the-ground support during the shoot days to ensure all products are properly received, handled, and stored.
• Ensure timely inventory reconciliation post-shoot.
• Stakeholder Coordination:

• Work closely with the warehouse, buying, and production teams to ensure smooth flow of products.
• Follow up with relevant stakeholders to resolve any product-related issues.
• Vendor & Procurement Management:

• Raise purchase orders and ensure timely payment processing for vendors.
• Coordinate with the finance and procurement teams for any PO-related requirements.
• Support vendor registration and onboarding in case of new suppliers.
• Documentation & Process Compliance:

• Maintain all supporting documentation related to product movements, POs, and vendor interactions.
• Assist with auditing and reporting on product inventories as needed.
• Ensure internal process compliance throughout the coordination lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any field.
• 1-3 years of experience in coordination, operations, or a similar support function.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory handling and documentation.
• Willingness to learn tools and systems as required (e.g., ERP, PO systems).
