The Marketing Executive will support the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. This role involves coordinating campaigns, managing digital platforms, and ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines while contributing creative ideas to strengthen market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand awareness.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for marketing activities and events.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
Support the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
Ensure compliance with brand standards and corporate identity guidelines.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Assist in organizing promotional events and exhibitions.
Maintain and update the company website and other digital platforms.
Experience & Qualifications
Nationality: UAE National (Emirati)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role (fresh graduates with internships may be considered).
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
