Star Gallery Mart is hiring an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Executive to help grow our customer base and increase foot traffic to our
retail shop in Al Warqa, Dubai branch
. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on UAE marketing experience and strong digital marketing skills.
Please note:
There will be a
trial period of one week to one month
during which the candidate must demonstrate clear marketing results before full hiring.
Compensation will be mostly commission-based
, with a basic salary. The more results you deliver, the more you earn.

Drive new customers to our
retail shop in Al Warqa, Dubai branch
Promote a wide range of products, including:
New and Used Mobile Phones
New and Used Laptops
New and Used iPads
Electronics and Gadgets with the best prices and regular offers
Highlight key advantages such as:
Multiple payment options (cash, card, installment, and more)
24-hour delivery service directly from our shop
Plan and execute marketing campaigns on:
TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, WhatsApp, and Email
Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads
Utilize and grow our TikTok account with over 400,000 real followers

Collaborate with our content team for engaging promotions
Analyze campaign performance and optimize accordinglyRequirements:
Proven marketing experience in the UAE
Deep understanding of UAE market trends and customer behavior
Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, WhatsApp marketing, and email tools
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Knowledge of content creation is a bonus
UAE driving license is preferred
