The Marketing Executive for Gather Network will work with the CMO to execute all marketing and communications materials in accordance to Gather\xe2\x80\x99s visual style guidelines to ensure brand compliance and consistency.
Candidates with experience and knowledge in the following areas will be given priority: Understanding of crypto, blockchain, and Web 3 PR & event management Graphics Designing Copywriting ( Social media and blogs)
What will you be doing? As Marketing Executive for Gather Network you\'ll be working to translate marketing content into a conceptual visual framework for the business offline and digital communications platforms such as website, social media channels, advertising, collateral, as well as communication with third-party agencies, using a mix of creative skills and commercial awareness.

Thinking creatively and producing new ideas in creative concepts.

What will you be doing? As Marketing Executive for Gather Network you\'ll be working to translate marketing content into a conceptual visual framework for the business offline and digital communications platforms such as website, social media channels, advertising, collateral, as well as communication with third-party agencies, using a mix of creative skills and commercial awareness.
In your role, you\'ll be responsible for the following items:
Thinking creatively and producing new ideas in creative concepts.
Interpret master concepts and develop design deliverables in line with it.
Present finalized design concepts in a professional manner visually.
Working with a wide range of media, including photography, design, and web design.
Adaptation of existing artwork to ensure the visual look and feel are consistent.
Master artwork adaptation to apply to different deliverables for campaigns.
Develop and maintain a marketing artwork archive for all artwork files.
Set up and maintain a well organized library for all image files
Work within agreed standards and guidelines for all brand communications to ensure consistency and level of quality and objectives are achieved.
Assist in carrying out tasks of the department from start till the end including presentations, collaterals and other requirements of the job in hand
Respond to jobs and turn around the tasks in a timely manner ensuring deadlines are met
Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice
Interpret copy writing briefs to understand project requirements
Collaborate with, a PR agency and other professionals in the company on large- and small-scale marketing projects (e.g. press releases, email campaigns, and landing pages)
Conduct high-quality research and interviews
Edit and proofread copy as needed
Use SEO principles to maximize copy\xe2\x80\x99s reach
Set, plan, and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies
Using social media platforms like Telegram, Discord, Twitter, Instagram, Medium, and Redd-it. Etc.
Respond to customer/ users questions in a timely manner
Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews
Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness
Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
Conscientious, reliable and self-motivated, and able to fulfill demands with minimal supervision
Perform related tasks and duties as assigned and deemed responsible by the management
Education or Certification Formal training in graphic design, a university degree, or equivalent experience in that field of Marketing or Business Development. Excellent English writing skills and oral proficiency
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions
Previous Marketing experience in a similar environment Basic knowledge of budgeting or cost-management Relevant degree, in marketing, business development, or another relevant business field, from an academic institution. Basic understanding of Web 3 and the Blockchain Industry Proficiency in using social media platforms like Telegram, Discord, Twitter, Instagram, Medium, and Reddit. Etc.
Hours / Compensation Normal working hours with extreme flexibility to work as required in a startup. 5000-10000 AED / month and Probation of 3 months
