This position will be responsible for digital marketing of all UEMedical assets (Danat Al Emarat Hospital, HealthPlus Network, HealthPlus Fertility Centers in UAE and Moorfields Eye Hospital). The main responsibilities will involve working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to promote our healthcare brands and service-lines online through various digital channels and development of digital marketing strategies, identifying gaps and opportunities, and using that information to develop effective digital campaigns that support the overall marketing strategy.
Duties include but not limited to: Website performance and optimization, design Google AdWords campaigns, keywords research and translation, maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics, generating new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives, carry out competitor analysis and keyword research for subsidiaries, manage both on-site and off-site SEO, Manage organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on site impressions, click through rates, traffic, and conversions, generate reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives, monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, responding to SM and Google reviews, newsletters and monitoring competitor activities.The Digital Marketing Executive must use their expertise in SEO, SEM, website optimization and online monitoring to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads for all mentioned assets.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee digital marketing campaigns and techniques on different digital marketing channels ensuring brand consistency and leads generation
Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
Design, build, and maintain our social media presence
Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Strong understanding of overall SEO process including technical, content optimization, competition analysis etc.
Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insight
Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with website designer to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Qualifications
ESSENTIAL
BA/BSc or above
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in Digital Marketing
PREFERRED
Educated in Digital marketing related field
Experience gained by working in, or with, a healthcare organization
