Job Description

Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in Graphic Designing

Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong proficiency in graphic design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Sketch, etc.).
  • A comprehensive portfolio showcasing creative and innovative graphic design work.
  • Proven experience in creating designs for various marketing channels, including social media, print, and digital.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Knowledge of current design trends, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking) is essential.
  • A self-motivated and proactive individual who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products/services.
  • Create visually stunning and compelling graphic designs for marketing materials, including social media posts, banners, advertisements, email newsletters, brochures, and other collateral.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Use graphic design software and tools to produce high-quality designs that align with the company\'s brand guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing to bring innovative ideas and concepts to the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as copywriters, content creators, and photographers, to ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audience preferences and trends, and incorporate findings into design concepts.
  • Provide support in the organization and coordination of marketing events and trade shows.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
