3+ years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within an agency or corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
Experience in planning and executing digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
Ability to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to support marketing strategies.
Skilled in data interpretation and campaign optimization based on performance metrics.
Experience coordinating with creative, media, and production teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Strong operational and project management skills, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
Good understanding of brand positioning, marketing strategy, and audience segmentation.
Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and online tracking tools is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and multitasking abilities.
Up to date with digital trends, marketing technologies, and best practices.
Develop and implement marketing plans and digital campaigns aligned with company objectives.
