Marketing Executive - Content, Design & Asset Production

About the Role

We're looking for a

hands-on creative executor

to join our team--a doer, not a strategist. You'll help bring three emotionally resonant brands to life:

Zuhha Island

- a luxury barefoot resort with slow-living Mediterranean spirit

Lunaya

- a soulful family villa community grounded in Emirati values

Zaya Early Learning (Al Fanar)

- a Waldorf-inspired school that nurtures wonder
This is a hybrid content/design/production role for someone with good taste, sharp coordination skills, and the ability to execute quickly and beautifully. You'll help us

produce marketing materials

,

capture and post content

, and

manage suppliers and agencies

--while also creating simple assets yourself without needing to outsource every task.

What You'll Do

Graphic Design & Content Creation

Create branded visuals using

Canva or Adobe Express

: brochures, flyers, invites, social cards, story sets, posters Design simple on-brand assets like villa welcome kits, room menus, admission packs, social reels covers Write and design layout-friendly content for hospitality and school collateral

Social Media & Photo/Video

Capture content casually (iPhone) at shoots, site visits, classrooms, events Edit Reels and stories using

CapCut, InShot, VSCO

or equivalent Direct our in-house videographer and prep content calendars for Instagram and TikTok Write captions and keep content aligned with each brand's tone and feel

Agency & Supplier Coordination

Liaise with PR, creative, and marketing agencies--send briefs, collect deliverables, ensure brand alignment Help manage photo and video production timelines, approvals, and publishing Coordinate with

printers, sign makers, uniform suppliers

, photographers, etc. Manage small procurement needs: e.g. print runs, packaging, merchandise, name tags, event kits

Marketing Asset Support

Support the production of sales decks, investor brochures, parent info packs, and community materials Organize, update, and share final creative files in Google Drive Keep branding assets consistent across all touchpoints

Technical Skills Required

You must be confident using the following tools independently:

Design

Canva Pro

(non-negotiable): must know layout, text hierarchy, visual spacing, exporting Bonus: Adobe Express, Figma, basic Photoshop or Illustrator Eye for fonts, color matching, brand tone

Photo/Video Content

Confident filming with

iPhone

, finding angles and lighting Edit Reels/stories with

CapCut, InShot, VSCO

, or iPhone tools Understand formats for TikTok, IG Reels, carousel posts, and story dimensions

Coordination

Use Google Drive, Gmail, and shared folders for content organization Track agency deliverables and production deadlines Liaise with

print houses, vendors, and suppliers
