As a Marketing Executive / Assistant, we are looking for a talented, creative Marketing Executive with outstanding organizational, skills, creative with fantastic communication skills, and excellent time management. A professional who develops and oversees the overall marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s brand, products or services. Apart from implementing marketing campaigns of all varieties, a marketing executive conducts research, produces marketing materials, devises new ways to market products, and analyses performance reports, among other marketing-related duties. • Execute and improve upon existing marketing strategies.
• Develop new marketing initiatives such as social media, events or crossover collaborations to strengthen engagement with the target audience
• Monitor hotel branding applications across the projects\xe2\x80\x99 marketing materials to deliver quality brand image consistently.
• Conducting marketing research and analysis to produce relevant marketing information and evaluate trends
• Monitoring ongoing marketing campaigns and spending based on the budget allocated
• Creating and generating reports related to the key performance indicator (KPIs) of an ongoing marketing campaign
• Creating engaging and grammatically correct marketing collaterals
• Ensuring the distribution of marketing materials
• Monitoring market trends and analyzing customer activities to identify business opportunities.
• Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure that tasks are completed and programs are delivered on time.

What We Need From You : Ideally, you\'ll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we\'re looking for :

• Previous working experience working as a Marketing Executive for [2] year(s)
• BA in Marketing, Communications or a similar relevant field.
• In-depth knowledge of market research data, data analysis and statistics.
• Hands-on experience with marketing software and tools.
