We're looking for young, creative, and motivated Marketing Executives with a flair for content creation and digital marketing. This is a unique opportunity to grow, work on exciting projects, and bring your creative ideas to life in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Position Overview:

As a Marketing Executive and Content Creator, you will play a key role in building our brand presence and driving engagement through creative campaigns -- developing impactful visuals, videos, and marketing strategies to enhance visibility and attract audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Plan, schedule, and manage daily posts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Develop creative and engaging content tailored to each platform.

Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Grow and engage our online community organically and through paid campaigns.

Content Creation:

Photograph and video-record property listings and marketing assets with a professional approach.

Edit property images and videos using Photoshop, Lightroom, and other video editing tools.

Design visually appealing flyers, reels, stories, and marketing materials for campaigns.

Digital Marketing & SEO:

Optimize posts and property listings following SEO best practices.

Run and monitor basic online ad campaigns and track performance metrics.

Analyze campaign data to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.

Brand Building:

Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital platforms.

Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, real estate marketing, and digital tools.

Contribute innovative ideas for improving digital presence and brand awareness.

Requirements:

Proven experience or strong interest in marketing and content creation.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and video editing tools.

Strong photography and videography skills.

Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising tools is a plus.

Excellent communication skills (English is a must).

Ability to work independently, take initiative.

Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
