at iFM Facilities Management, you will be responsible for supporting and executing marketing and communication strategies that strengthen the brand presence and support business growth. This dynamic role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and project management skills. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to execute campaigns, manage digital content, and promote iFM's service excellence across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop compelling content for marketing collaterals including brochures, presentations, newsletters, blogs, and website updates aligned with iFM's brand voice and tone.
Manage day-to-day activities across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.); schedule posts, engage with the audience, and monitor analytics to improve performance.
Support end-to-end execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns. Coordinate with internal teams to gather inputs and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify trends, client preferences, and emerging opportunities within the Facilities Management industry.
Assist in planning and coordinating internal and external events, exhibitions, and client meetings, including branding, logistics, and promotional materials.
Support corporate communication efforts by preparing internal announcements, emailers, and press releases to maintain consistent messaging.
Design basic marketing materials using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Work with design vendors for advanced visual content requirements.
Ensure alignment with the company's branding guidelines across all marketing and communication touchpoints.
Liaise with suppliers, creative agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and timely execution of campaigns.
Track and report marketing KPIs including campaign ROI, social media performance, and event success metrics. Provide insights for optimization.
Integrated Management System (IMS):
Adhere to iFM's Integrated Management System (IMS) policies, including all departmental processes and compliance requirements related to ISO standards for Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the UAE and within the Facilities Management or Real Estate industry.
Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or InDesign.
Strong grasp of digital marketing fundamentals, SEO basics and email marketing platforms.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) is an advantage.
Knowledge of Facilities Management services and industry terminology is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
