The successful candidate will lead all marketing operations and activities, including digital marketing, content creation, and branding while focusing on enhancing our brand\xe2\x80\x99s influence locally and globally. Job Responsibilities:

\xe2\x80\x93 Create, implement, and manage an effective marketing plan that aligns with our business goals.

\xe2\x80\x93 Develop and maintain a marketing calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of marketing activities.

\xe2\x80\x93 Generate engaging content for our website and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand\xe2\x80\x99s voice and messaging.

\xe2\x80\x93 Manage a social media calendar for timely content promotion.

\xe2\x80\x93 Oversee and manage our digital marketing efforts across multiple channels, including SEO, Google AdWords, and social media marketing.

\xe2\x80\x93 Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and content creators to produce high-quality content.

\xe2\x80\x93 Maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing projects.

\xe2\x80\x93 Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities to grow market share.

\xe2\x80\x93 Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing regular internal reports and proposals for improvements.

\xe2\x80\x93 Liaise with the sales and product teams to ensure brand consistency and increase customer engagement.

\xe2\x80\x93 Manage our e-commerce platform and develop and oversee the company\xe2\x80\x99s loyalty program.

\xe2\x80\x93 Stay updated on the latest industry trends to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

Job Requirements:

\xe2\x80\x93 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing or a related field.

\xe2\x80\x93 Proven experience in a similar role, including digital marketing experience.

\xe2\x80\x93 Strong experience in creating and managing marketing plans and calendars.

\xe2\x80\x93 Proficient in content creation, brand management, and following branding guidelines.

\xe2\x80\x93 Experience coordinating with external content creators such as photographers and videographers.

\xe2\x80\x93 Understanding of SEO/SEM, Google AdWords, and social media advertising.

\xe2\x80\x93 Strong understanding of customer behavior data analysis and decision-making based on analytics.

\xe2\x80\x93 Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
